Role: Social Media Research and Strategy
Problem: Since Summer 2023, the program’s social media had been dormant, leading to a significant decline in reach, engagement, and visibility. With admissions approaching, the program wanted to reach more prospective students.
Objective: Collaborate with the department to revamp their social media to organically boost engagement and pull in potential students for admissions.
As a proud alum of the program, I understood the journey that potential applicants face. Drawing from my experiences, I crafted a UX-driven social media strategy that not only highlighted the program’s strengths but also aimed to inspire and support those looking to take the next step in their education.
